Blank when not logged in

Some combinations of MW and the Cite extension do not work properly together. In particular, under certain circumstances, anonymous users will not see the footnotes at the location of <references/>. Some documentation about the problem is on the Cite discussion page (look for the heading "Blank_when_not_logged_in").

The following table shows the compatibility of various combinations:
