2010 National Diversity in Libraries Conference

Registration and Housing Information

Registration costs: Registration cost has been set at $155. This cost will include a continental breakfast and lunch on both days of the conference. The opening reception on Wednesday evening will also be included.


Housing: There are many hotels in the Princeton University area. Please visit the campus travel portal site for rate information. Most of the hotels listed offer free shuttle service to the campus.

The Nassau Inn is located in Palmer Square, downtown Princeton and is within walking distance to the University campus and all events and programs. A limited number of rooms are available for a conference-negotiated rate of $132.00 per night (plus applicable taxes). To make a reservation, please contact the Nassau Inn directly at (609)921-7500 and mention that you'll be attending the NDLC 2010.

On-campus dormitory housing is also available; visit the registration site to register for campus housing.
Participants who wish to stay on campus will be residing in Scully Hall. The fee for housing is $52 for one night; $99.50 for two nights; or $147.25 for three nights.

Scully Hall is air conditioned and participants will have semi-private baths. Each room is equipped with a twin bed, bureau, desk & chair. These are single occupancy rooms. If you plan to have your car with you, we would like you to register your car with us upon check-in. You will be able to park your car in Lot #23 ( see campus map). If you commit a parking violation you will be subject to, and responsible for, a fine and/or tow. Note: Overnight parking is prohibited on Princeton Streets.
