Template:Archived

This template makes it easy to create an inconspicuous hyperlink to an archived version of a URL on archive.org

Syntax: {{archived|URL|ANCHORTEXT}} where:

• URL is the full web.archive.org URL
• ANCHORTEXT, which defaults to "archived", is optional and is used as the superscript anchor text

Example

{{archived|http://web.archive.org/web/20060711214816/www.brunswick.k12.me.us/bjh/depart/curric/slavejourney/images/map1.jpg}}

produces: ^archived
