Syntax: {{Calendar for Monday}}
- or: {{Calendar for Monday| option=VALUE ... }}
All parameters are optional:
- days defaults to 31 and declares the number of days in this month.
- rowheight defaults to 70px and specifies the height of the main rows of the table.
- title specifies the title, and defaults to none.
- titlestyle if specified is appended to the default style for the monthly title ("height:50px;").
- width defaults to 90% and specifies the width of the table. In general it is suggested that it be specified as a percentage.
